Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of AI Brain Business (“the Service”). Using the Service means accepting them.
What the Service is
A knowledge centre for small businesses. You provide business documents; the Service reads them, classifies them, files them, and lets you search and ask questions about them. You may optionally connect a Gmail account to read recent mail, send mail, and import attachments as documents.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in your workspace.
- You are responsible for the people you invite and the phone numbers you connect. Anyone you grant access to can see the documents in the workspace.
- You must have the right to upload what you upload, and to connect the mailbox you connect.
What the AI does, and what it does not
The Service uses automated systems to read documents, extract details such as dates and totals, choose a folder, and answer questions. These are assistants, not authorities. They can misread a scan, pick the wrong folder, or miss something.
- Check anything that matters. Figures the Service extracts are a convenience, not bookkeeping. Verify against the original document before relying on them.
- The Service is not an accountant. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and its output is not a substitute for a professional.
- You stay in control of filing. Automatic filing is a proposal you can change at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to store or process material you have no right to, or that is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to reach another workspace’s data, or to probe, scan or overload the Service.
- Do not use a connected mailbox to send unsolicited bulk mail. Doing so risks your own Google account, not only your account with us.
Your content
Your documents remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete them, and you can ask us to delete your workspace.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service running and its data safe, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you — the Service is a place to organise your records, not the only place they should exist.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of automated output that was not verified against the underlying document.
Ending it
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts other customers at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
